Here are a number of individuals who I've helped in the past. From each one of them, you can imagine my helping you and you too experiencing the success they had working with me.
- Dana Point / Tennis Villa-Monarch Beach: Out-of-state owners needed to sell their vacation home. They only needed to fly in once to coordinate the removal of personal items. Jodie had the property staged, sold the villa, held a garage sale, and coordinated nonprofit distribution.
- Lake Mission Viejo: Out-of-state owner who needed to sell their home in Lake Mission Viejo: Owners never had to return to their property before closing escrow. Jodie not only coordinated the sale with the tenants, but supervised a backyard landscape issue with the neighbors.
- Lake Forest: client's father passed away. We sold it AS IS. The house was in good condition, but older. Sold for $30,100 over list price.
- Lake Forest: helped buyer/investor client purchase a property.
- Carlsbad: Co-listed and sold home in a gated senior community, client passed away, sold the home AS IS, with lots of deferred maintenance. Sold for $15,000 over list price.
- Fallbrook: Orange County Buyers couldn’t afford what they wanted in OC, so she helped them purchase a home in Fallbrook.
- Monarch Beach / Dana Point: Jodie helped a buyer identify and purchase one of 12 homes with an ocean view in a gated community.
- Capistrano Beach / Dana Point: Helped a doctor and her husband find their first home in Capistrano Beach.
- Helped a first time buyer purchase a townhome: We ended up selling the townhome two years later and helped them purchase another townhome.
- Fallbrook: Helped a couple sell their house in Fallbrook and helped them purchase another home in Mission Viejo.
- Laguna Hills investment property: Listed and sold townhome.
- Tustin: Represented investor, who purchased a condo that was in bankruptcy.
- Represented buyer/investor who purchased a condo in Irvine.
- Oceanside / sold client's golf course home and represented buyers to purchase the home, as well as helped them sell their home in Long Beach.
- Helped two Senior couples downsize to a lovely gated senior community in Mission Viejo and on the golf course at Sun City in Palm Desert.
- Represented first-time homebuyers: who purchased a condo in Monarch Beach, and Laguna Niguel.
- Represented investor sisters in San Diego to purchase an off-market property in San Diego.
